FIVE-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- INQUIRY – Prior to applying for admission, GBA welcomes parents, guardians, students, and referring agencies to schedule an informational visit to learn more about services and programs. This provides an opportunity to answer questions about GBA and enrollment. Inquiry may be made in-person by family, guardian or referral agency.

- REFERRAL APPLICATION – Complete and submit the Preliminary Application to GBA. Upon receiving, the referral is deemed official. An academic assessment of the prospective student, as well as an in-person interview with the parent/guardian or legally responsible adult are scheduled. Complete form and submit using link provided. - INTERVIEW – The Interview is conducted by GBA officials and additional required information, such as the most recent grade report, documented Covid immunization records, other relevant school records, is discussed and explained.
- ADMISSION – The Admission Decision is sent to the applicant’s parent/guardian within one week of receipt of all the applicant’s required documents. If the applicant does not meet the criteria for admission, the GBA official will provide an explanation and an opportunity to address questions.
- ENROLLMENT – When the Applicant is accepted for Admission to GBA, the notification will include the date of official enrollment and a class schedule will be provided within two weeks.

- OFFER OF ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL – GBA reserves the right to withdraw the offer of admission if the student or guardian fails to respond within a reasonable time period, or, once enrolled, if the student has irregular attendance and/or is non-adherent to other program requirements.
