Terri DeVries is a retired Manager of Finance for General Mills and has 36+ years of experience. She has had several positions during her career and is currently working with the manufacturing plants on budgeting and proper reporting of financial information. In addition, she has been the lead on developing several financial systems to create process improvements and enhance the timeliness of reporting. Terri graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA.
Terri enjoys reading, working out and being outdoors. She was raised in Edina, Minnesota and currently resides there. She has volunteered with several soccer clubs and PTA organizations as treasurer and coordinates her church’s book club.
Terri is interested in working with the Gateway Boarding Academy Foundation because children are our most valuable asset and their education is fundamental to the foundation of our society. Through education comes economic, social, and developmental growth. The opportunities that come with education are boundless and being a part of that will be an amazing experience.
